Hi, my name is Nayanika Singhania, and I am a visual artist based in India.
I started my journey with photography when I was 12 years old and it quickly became my way of seeing and understanding the world, as well as expressing myself.

For me, photography is about creating a connection. It’s about understanding humans and making them feel seen.  
I believe photography is a powerful medium to have with important conversations in art today, especially about identity, culture, and memory. Through my work I want to connect tradition and modern ideas together and create meaningful narratives.
